| Return policy details | RLK Print and Embroidery Ltd aim to give excellent customer service, and are happy to help with any issues the buyer may have. We will only accept returns if the Item or items are faulty or made incorrectly.
Personalised items will be made up to the information supplied on the order, it is the responsibility of the buyer to supply the correct information when placing an order.

1. To return an item please message us for a returns number and address.
2. Returned Goods must be returned with all original Labels, Tags and Packaging. which was supplied with the Goods.
3. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return.
4. When returning items by post please ensure you obtain proof of postage or send by recorded / tracked delivery.
5. Exchanges / refunds will only be given if the item has been returned. |
