Pet ID Tags
Due to the very nature of Pet ID Tags, we are unable to accept returns unless they are faulty or there is an error on our part. If your tag is faulty or there is an error made by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your tag.
All orders excluding Pet ID Tags
If you are unsatisfied with your item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. If the item is returned then the buyer is responsible for return postage cost's. We will then refund the full original purchase cost.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days in the same packaging & condition it was sent & returned by a secure service.
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty then we will replace the goods & cover any postage cost's incurred. If the buyer refuses the replacement offered then buyers must pay return postage cost's and the full original cost's will be refunded.
